Good Afternoon, and happy Wednesday Everyone!
I was going through old pictures sorting through them and organizing them (Spring Cleaning time!) and I found these gems. I realized I never posted them after my trip last year! So without further ado.....
At the beginning of December I traveled down the coast to Los Angeles to host a viewing party for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. It was such an honor and a truly great experience. This outfit was something I threw together to jaunt around downtown LA in for one of the days. I am such a huge fan of neutrals and even consider olive a neutral color, because it pairs well with almost EVERY color. I chose to keep my look simple (as always) and showcase just the details.
I had recently met Caitlyn Crosby the owner and director of the Giving Keys, an amazing jewelry company that employs the homeless in downtown LA to help them make their products, and at the same time help them get back on their feet. A friend of mine recently gave me this "brave" key because of some of the personal trials I had been through, and it meant so much to me! The entire concept is that you give the key to someone who is in need of encouragement. And to be honest I cried when my friend gave this to me. It is the greatest feeling to receive something so selfless from another human being. If you'd like to read more about the Giving Keys and where you can get your own, or give your own, check them out here!
Words of encouragement are the greatest thing we can give one another, don't ever forget that! I hope everyone has a great rest of the week!!!
